![]() ![]() ![]() Overall, AM Downloader is a nice open-source option if you want a tool to easily manage your downloads. Similar to other manager programs, you can set the maximum number of parallel downloads and throttle their speed to reduce network pressure. You will see numbers on them to indicate just how many of the active downloads in the download pane have that status. The sidebar, on the other hand, displays 8 status with color codes: All, Ready, Queued, Downloading, Paused, Finished, Errored, and Verifying. Here, you can easily do actions like starting, pausing, and canceling downloads by right-clicking on the entries-although these can be done on the taskbar, too. These include information such as file name, file type, download status, progress, file size, total file size, download speed, ETA, directory location, URL, the creation date of the download, and the HTTP Status. In the download pane, you can see the details of the file. ![]()
